HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Due to most of our items being custom made and personalised just for you, we ask that you do allow 15 working days for us to dispatch your items. Although we aim to dispatch your items as soon as we possibly can, this is our generally turnaround time. During busy times (season times, events Mother’s Day for example) please allow an additional 5 working days. On top of this, please also allow for delivery time. 

WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING FOR MY ITEM?
 
All orders are sent with tracking, once the courier has accepted the order and it is registered into their system, you’ll be able to track your order via the dispatch email.

 

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

You can return any items proving that they are unused and not personalised/custom made to order. Return postage must be covered by you and a refund will be processed on return of the items. Please see you refund terms and conditions for full details. 

 

WHAT ARE THE SIZES LIKE? 
Sizes vary depending on each garment, so please get in touch if you need to discuss any fittings. Generally adults clothing are oversized, unisex sizes. 

DO YOU HAVE A STORE I CAN VISIT?
Currently not, this is a small business run by just one person (me☺️👋🏼) but that’s the dream. Hopefully with your support one day we can have a little shop to visit.
